Terms and conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the use of Moverba at moverba.com. The provider is Manuel Massini, Individual Entrepreneur, Bakhtrioni Street 22, apt. 75, Saburtalo District, 0160 Tbilisi, Georgia, identification number 305877334 (“we”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited; for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles the payment, issues the invoice and takes care of taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. These terms apply to the use of Moverba.

2. Who can use Moverba

Moverba is intended for consumers aged 18 and over.

3. Our services

• Interview and preview: You answer questions about your occasion. From your answers we create a free preview with the outline and the opening of your speech. The number of previews per project is limited.
• Plans: A one-time purchase unlocks the full speech. Scope, length, drafts, AI revisions and exports depend on the plan (Basis, Standard, Premium). The current features and prices are on the pricing page. There is no subscription.
• Editor, practice mode, exports: You edit your speech, practise it with a timer and cue cards and download it as a PDF or Word file, depending on your plan.
• Bundle and gifts: The 3-speech bundle contains three credits for three speeches. Credits do not expire. You can pass a credit on to another person with a gift link.

4. How the purchase works

You see the preview, choose a plan and agree that we start creating your speech right away. Then you pay in Paddle's checkout. After payment you receive an order confirmation by email, and we create your speech.

5. How the speech is created

The speech is created from your answers with the help of AI language models. We check every draft automatically, among other things whether it only contains what you told us. Mistakes, inaccurate passages or wording that does not suit you can still occur. Please read your speech before you give it and adapt it. The editor points out passages you should check.

6. Labelling as AI content

The files and pages of your speech contain a machine-readable label stating that the text was created with AI (Article 50 of the AI Act). The speech text itself contains no notice. Whether you remove the label from your own copies is up to you.

7. Your obligations

• Only enter information you are allowed to use and respect the rights of other people.
• Only enter what the speech needs about other people, and leave out sensitive information such as health or religion if it does not belong in the speech.
• Use a project for the speech you created it for. A paid project covers one speech and cannot be repurposed for another occasion.

8. Content policy and moderation

Content that incites hatred or violence, degrades, threatens or exposes people, sexual content involving minors, illegal content and content meant to deceive someone is not allowed. Before every preview and every draft we check the information automatically. If something violates this policy, we do not create the text and tell you which category the violation falls into. You can change your information. If you think the decision is wrong, write to support@moverba.com, and a person will review it.

9. Rights to content

Your answers belong to you. You only grant us the rights we need to create, store and provide your speech. We grant you all rights we hold in the speech we create, without limitation for private occasions. We cannot promise that copyright arises in an AI-created text. We do not use your answers or speeches to train AI models.

10. Availability and updates

We do our best to keep Moverba available at all times. Maintenance and updates can cause short interruptions. We provide the updates needed to keep the product in conformity with the contract.

11. Statutory rights in case of defects

You have the statutory rights in case of defects for digital products. If something does not work or your speech is not provided correctly, write to support@moverba.com, and we will take care of it.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an essential obligation on which you may regularly rely, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

13. Withdrawal and guarantee

Whether and how you can withdraw from a purchase is described in the cancellation policy. Independently of that, our voluntary money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase. You use both through Cancel contract.

14. Account and deletion

For paid speeches you need an account, which you sign in to with a link by email. You can delete your account and projects yourself at any time. If you do not use your account for 24 months, we delete it. We send you a reminder by email beforehand.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for the future, for example when laws or our services change. For speeches already purchased, the version at the time of purchase applies.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send complaints to support@moverba.com. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

17. Applicable law and language

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live. The contract languages are English and German.
