Cancellation policy

Preliminary note: When you buy on Moverba, you conclude the purchase contract with our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which acts as the seller. Paddle is therefore your contracting party for the purchase and the addressee of a withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal easily with our Cancel contract function, and we forward it to Paddle.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, customer service via paddle.net, or through Moverba by email to support@moverba.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://moverba.com/en/cancel-contract/ (button “Cancel contract” on every page). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your speech is digital content that we create for you right after the purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have started creating it, after you expressly agreed before the purchase that we start before the end of the withdrawal period, confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and we confirmed both to you in the order confirmation by email.

Our money-back guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, we voluntarily give you a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase on your first purchase. You can find the conditions under Money-back guarantee. You use it through the same Cancel contract function.
